• Kronbali ships worldwide unless legal restrictions apply to a specific country.

• We ship using the French postal service with insurance and tracking number.

• Express delivery can be arranged by contacting us by email before purchase.

• Orders are shipped within 2-3 days after the order is processed.

Returns

Should you wish to return your item(s), we ask that you please drop us an email before doing so and return within 14 days of delivery to the below address:

• The goods have not been damaged or washed (where applicable)

Return shipping must be prepaid (unless mutually agreed otherwise) and have a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

Kronbali takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.

Refunds

Once the refund has been approved, you will receive a refund by the same method you used to pay. Please note that due to varying processing times of individual issuers, card refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.

Kronbali accepts different payment methods:

Stripe/Credit cards: Payments with credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, etc) are made via Stripe.

Paypal: At the end of checkout, you will be automatically redirected to your PayPal account.
